Joining a sorority is one of the most exciting times in your daughter?s life. As a parent, you can help make the experience even better! Send her a gift of items bearing her new letters. The Trunk will deliver the gifts of sorority goodies right to her doorstep with a card attached from you.

• If we run out of any item in your package, we will replace it with something of equal value.
• All store made and customized items (shorts, sweatshirt, towel wrap, or blanket) will be replaced with a gift certificate.
• Out of respect for the houses and new members, we will stop delivering when the houses lock their doors for pledge retreats, and we will resume deliveries at 9 a.m. the following morning.
• We will deliver packages in the order in which they were placed. Pre-orders will be put at the top of the delivery list.
• If you wish to exchange a Bid Day Package it MUST BE DONE BY SEPTEMBER 1, 2012.

Bid Day FAQ's

Q: What are the Bid Day Packages?

A: Bid Day Packages are gift packages you may send to your daughter on Bid Day. We have a variety of pre-made gifts or you may customize your own. We will receive the Bid List at the same time as the sorority houses. We then find her name and her chosen sorority. Pre-orders are immediately filled and deliveries begin.

Q: Will my daughter have her package when she arrives at the house?

A: Not necessarily. We will begin filling and wrapping Bid Day orders as soon as we receive the list. The first deliveries go out within 30 minutes after the list is received. We deliver up until the houses close for the day. We will start delivering again at 10:00am on the following day if needed. (we rarely have a package not delivered on Bid Day) We deliver over 1000 packages to the sorority houses each bid day. We have participated in Rush at the University of Alabama since 1946 and are confident in our system. –Trust the process, IT WORKS-

Q: My relative just called and placed an order for my daughter, can you tell me what she ordered?

A: We have an organized filing system to keep up with the orders that have been placed. We will do our very best to give you all of the information that you may need.

Q: What is your return policy?

A: Your daughter is able to exchange anything that she has received for something of the same value or she may receive a gift card. No cash refunds will be given.

Q: What if my daughter withdraws from recruitment?

A: You may call and let us know if she decides to withdraw from recruitment before Bid Day. However, we will have the bid list and if we do not see her name, we will replace her gift with a BAMA package or a gift card. You choose.

Q: What if you run out of an item that I have chosen?

A: We will replace your item with something of equal value. If the item is a towel/towel wrap, shorts, tote, fleece blanket, or any custom made item, we will put a gift card for that item in the package. She may then come in and redeem it for that item when it is ready. (usually within 5 days)
